Assistant Property Manager

Our offices are located in Wantirna South and Officer.

We now require an Assistant Property Manager to join our successful team.

We offer a great positive family working environment with supportive management and staff who are focused on team work.

You will be working directly with the Senior Property Manager as a strong unit with support and training, with scope to progress further within the company.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Application processing
  • Condition reports
  • Routine inspections
  • General rental administration including leasing material, new tenancies
  • Conduct Open for Inspections on a rotating Saturday roster
  • Rental Agreement renewals and Rental Agreement preparation
  • Maintenance organisation and follow-up
  • Other duties as directed/required

 

Skills & Experience

  • Valid Agent’s Representative Certificate
  • Minimum 6 months’ experience in property management
  • Experience with PropertyMe, InspectionExpress and IRE or similar is desirable
  • Team Player
  • Driver’s license and own reliable vehicle 
  • Capacity to work remotely from home when required
